Our drone services include high resolution photographs (48MP) and video imagery (8K), aerial mapping (think Google Maps), and advanced thermal imagery. Our pilot is licensed through the FAA under Part 107 and insured with a drone fleet that includes the DJI Phantom IV Pro V2 and Autel EVO II 640T .

Pricing for these services will vary according to the depth and scope of the project but we will follow our tradition of being market competitive with superior customer service. See below for examples and click on the attached link to see Drone Video.

Quantify Your Property
There are many sources available to find the square footage of a property (ie. Public Tax Records, Previous MLS listings, Builder Plans, etc).  Most realtors and property owners rely on these sources for marketing purposes. County employees do not go inside to measure or verify finished area which leads to inaccuracies.
If your market indicates that properties are selling for $100 per square foot and you're using an inaccurate size for your marketing plan, it could cost your clients thousands of dollars if the measurements are off by 5, 10 or even 15% or more!

Step Two: Decide the detail you need for your project.


We abide by the American National Standards Institute's (ANSI) guidelines for calculating square footage. ANSI Z765 is applicable to the measurement of detached single-family residential homes and attached single-family units townhouses.  The ANSI standard is the most widely recognized method for the calculation of square footage.

Step One: Do You Need to Measure Your Property?

Marketing a property without the correct square footage can cost you thousands of dollars, and paying taxes on a property's incorrect square footage can add up to hundreds of dollars in overpayments!

It is imperative to have accurate Square Foot measurements for a property. It is common to have numerous different reported sizes, ie. Tax Records, Builder Plans and Appraisals. You can rest assured that when I measure no stone is left unturned. I make sure that all areas that meet the ANSI guidelines are included in the total GLA. In addition, I measure exterior features such as Porches, Decks, Patios, Sheds, Garages, Covered Walkways and any other significant areas which add value to your property. Since more buyers todays are shopping on the web we provide a floor plan that can be used online.

Measure Plan Base Fee starts at $175
Fees are based on the size, complexity, location and scope of work. Floor Plans base fee starts at $175. Additional charges are based on area over 1,000 sf and unheated areas of the property. Floor plans are sent to you as a picture file so it can be placed online!

Extra details can be added for an additional fee

Some examples of additional details are Window and Door dimensions and location, Ceiling heights, Closet dimensions and Parking Area.
