My name is Caroline Stafford.  In 2003, I started a career as a Real Estate Appraiser here in Charleston.  I  went on to become a Certified Residential Appraiser performing appraisals in Charleston, Berkeley and Dorchester Counties.

I have over 20 years experience measuring residential and commercial properties of all sizes and complexity.  ANSI, the industry standard for measurement is strictly followed in every assignment that I perform.

Charleston Measuring Services is excited to announce we are now offering aerial imagery services!!  

Our drone services include high resolution photographs (48MP)  and video imagery (8K), aerial mapping (think Google Maps), and advanced thermal imagery. Our pilot is licensed through the FAA under Part 107 and insured with a drone fleet that includes the DJI Phantom IV Pro V2 and Autel EVO II 640T .

Pricing for these services will vary according to the depth and scope of the project but we will follow our tradition of being market competitive with superior customer service.   See below for examples and click on the attached link to see Drone Video.

How It All Got Started...

"I love measuring properties of all sizes and complexity!"

During the appraisal process, measuring is only one small item on the list of tasks performed, but it's my favorite part!  That is why I have decided to devote all of my time to providing Residential and Commercial Measuring. 

 Property size (GLA) is one of the main factors in Sales Price (price per square foot) and yet few take the time to accurately measure.

In my years of experience, I've learned to always take more measurements than necessary, you can never have to many!
